For APO/FPO
addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only
(Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for
APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do
not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon
your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table
above.
Orders containing other merchandise
will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available
(excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card-only orders will be
shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24-36 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular
business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding
holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your
order you will be contacted within two business days.

eChefX reserves the right to hold any order for a security
review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two

You
will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we
send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used
to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling
1-(888) 801-2433.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been
shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns. |
